Welder/ Someone who can build a cage

thanks to uncle sam Im pushing forth in my effort to have a cage built for my TJ. want i would like is to keep the main part of my current cage but chop the back off and have a CJ/YJ style sport cage built in its place. I hardly ever use my back seat (used once in the past 3.5 years) so im not worried about that. anyways if any of you can help me out with this build that would be great

i see what you leaning toward but the back of the cage is the only real support.. the front bars are weak Its up to you but if your going to do it that way replcae the entire thing... Go talk to Cam or Chris over at Krawltex... he did mine and did a great job....

i think im still going to go with the sport cage style but have an entire cage made with the A pillars. want something that you dont normally see in a TJ plus the full cage looks wonky to me

hey Colt since you are in the round rock area you can also try JK customs near hutto. may not be as big as krawltex but you have options.

cool thanks! anyone here use Atomic 4x4? its nice to learn of all the options out there. also i had to have a head unit installed into the GFs PT Cruiser today. even through a buddy with a discount it still costed me way to much. not sure if im going to have money for a cage until a couple weeks from now but i guess that gives me time to find the right place to do it. thanks again guys and girls

Krawl Tex did my cage as well.... Chris was the main custom guy from JK Customs, and he is now at KrawlTex.....From what I understand...
