Trade jeep for new tires/ tire and rims for ford ranger 2wd, daily driver street truck

I would pretty much just trade for any tire rim that would work for me at this point the tires that are one the truck are dry rotted pretty well and I'm pushing it driving to work as it is now.

Feel free to hit me up on here or reply to the add or whatever.

You could put jeep parts in it until it wheels I guess?

That Cherokee has the same lug pattern, why dont you just steal the wheels and tires off of it? I know they are not as stylish as the Mustang wheels, but if the tires are a safer bet, then I would go that route......

that was my first thought, they're dry-rotted a bit on that one too.
May just scrap something together with some spares I have to at least get a matching pair on the rear axle and a dif sized matching pair on the front.

You need to get you some 33" MUD DIGGERS on the rear and some 26" Street tires on the front, that would look super Bad ASS!

This truck is actually getting lowered a couple of inches in the rear(shackle hanger flip) so it sits level, the front alignment done and NOTHING else. lol.
It gets pretty good mpg, so it definitely suits me for now.. 4runner is coming back together slowly now there is less of a rush and I have new cams and heads have been done correctly.

I'm also looking to sell the xj flat out at this point if anyone knows anyone, serious offers are welcome.
