Gooseneck and Slide-in Camper Empty Gooseneck and Slide-in Camper

Looking to sell or trade (with cash on my end) for an enclosed toyhauler with living qaurters. $9500 outright, or looking for an enclosed in the $12-$15k range, with at least 15' garage area, gooseneck or bumper pull. I love it, but the wife is ready for something a bit bigger.

As it sits, I can carry my jeep, a full-size atv, and a kids atv, but the door is blocked to the camper. With just the jeep loaded, there is plenty of room to open the door fully.

Camper is a 2000 Lance 810, all the usual stuff, queen bed, 8' foot print. Exterior isn't perfect but I think it's age appropriate. I swapped the 13.5k BTU rooftop AC for a new 8k window unit w/ remote control. A small Honda 2k generator will run everything fine. Didn't want to lug around a larger generator, hence the swap. The rooftop was a bit loud right over your head anyway. The window unit keeps the camper cold, no worries. I mounted a 22" LCD tv on a swivel, that can be watched from bed or from the dinette. Black water drain was re-routed and works fine. The gray water tank was removed, shower water drains straight to ground. I have the gray tank, it could be put under the trailer for normal operation, just don't need it where we camp/wheel. Underbed box mounted that hold straps, small generator, whatever. Fridge works on 12v, 110, and propane. Hot water heater, range top, microwave. Has 2 propane tanks that go into the side of the camper. The dinette makes into a bed, there is also overhead storage, over the dinette, that makes into a bed.

The trailer is an almost new 2011 Kearney, 28' deck (20' usable with camper) lowboy. 4" drop axles, 7k axles with brakes on both. It's about as low as it can be. Ramps slide out the rear of trailer. Fenders are 82" wide, I reinforced the driver fender with some 1/4" strap and drive over it with my 4500 lb. jeep on 1 tons. This thing pulls like a dream, the camper is about 12" lower than it was riding in the back of the dodge, nice and out of the wind.

Pics, it's covered w/ a layer of dust, my kid has been buzzing around it with his atv, but it cleans up nice. I'll throw in a 6 month old Honda eu2000i if the deal is right.
