Just an idea

Throwing this out there...

Last weekend at Hidden Falls we ran into Jody Horton, he's on the HF staff and does guided tours into parts of the park we've never been. He made us an offer, come cut trails on Saturday, he'll cook dinner and let us wheel for free on Sunday. I know its hot right now, but I still think it would be pretty cool to do. Maybe try to set something up for the end of the month or the first part of Aug. Last time we cut trails it was for free and I had a good time doing it.

Any interest? Thoughts?

yup i would be down as well i want a trail named after our group!!!

Well I'm thinking 3-4 weeks from now before we do this. Give Colt enough time to fix his rig and take pictures of the fix.

But I think a trail named after the group would be cool. Snoopy Falls West should be named "the Militia Mile" since we cut that one. :[img]http://ww

I like the idea of naming a trail after the club. I'm down for this as well. Let me know when.

Cool part about cutting trails is that you can cut the by-passes and whatnot to make it more accessible to all vehicles.

I'm there! I think it would be cool to help out and set up a new trail-and like Sean said-it would be cool to have it the way we want it and have our name on it...The rest of my summer is pretty clear as far as events-so I'm open...

Count me in for this, I have the first weekend in August opened. I can bring a chain saw and some 18V sawzalls. Although we should check with Jody if we need to bring chain saws or if they already have them on site.
